Needham Inks has announced a merger with Specialised Industrial Chemicals Limited. The merger will bring together the core strengths of both businesses and ultimately expand on their ink solutions for the coding & marking and digital ink industries.
Needham Inks and SIC have worked closely together on research and development projects for over 20 years. During this time, a strong business relationship has formed built on ink technology expertise and shared values. By merging the two companies they combine their core strengths to ensure they remain at the forefront of ink technology and offer even greater service and support to domestic and international customers.
